This process is intended for:

  • Construction Workers who will be arriving onsite at Berkeley Lab in the near future 

We are using the Lab's applicant tracking system to create a Berkeley Lab ID/badge number.

  • Complete this initial information in order to provide HR with basic information
  • Once HR has been notified that the basic information has been provided, they will initiate onboarding and you will receive a task to complete the Affiliate Agreement.
  • The system will send you an email with site access instructions and Berkeley Lab account activation instructions so that you can access training that may be assigned.

Since we are expanding the use of an existing system to collect this information, you will likely see questions that do not apply to Construction Workers.

  • Please DO provide any required fields including updated contact, address, and citizenship information
  • For expected start and end date, please indicate the dates you expect to be onsite 
  • You DO NOT need to provide detailed education, financial, or sponsoring institution information, as that is already on file. For those questions, feel free to add N/A to any required field.
  • The system will indicate if you already have a profile based on whether your email is already in the system. If you are already in the system, you can opt to reset your password if you do not have that available.
